1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.
2. Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund, no questions asked.
- 24 to 48 hours notice: 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price applies.
- Same-day cancellation: Full service fee charged.
3. PayPal Payments
Refunds for PayPal payments are processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or PayPal account.
4. Manual / Cash Payments
For bookings paid on arrival (cash or e-transfer), eligible refunds will be issued via e-transfer within 5 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Services that have been fully completed to the agreed standard.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Situations where access to the property was not provided at the scheduled time.
